Black and White

For some time now, I have been shooting in black and white. Something about it just gives it a new image. I just bump up the ISO to 400 and it gives me nice photos. Just something about it...

Ipod Touch

My brother's Glasses...

My SB-600 Flash

Iron? I have no idea what I was thinking when taking this.

Dante's Inferno

Now, that is a lot of pages...

And finally, that is me. I need a haircut. Haha.

Amplive

I have been listening to a lot of Amplive lately. He is on top of his game. Is a really good remix artist. Here is his site for some free downloads. http://amplivesworld.com/

Here are a few of his videos if you are interested. I like them a lot.

Random

Just a picture I liked. I know, it is not the best. But, I like it. I still need to adjust the coloring and white balance though. I need to start shooting in RAW(NEF) to get the best out it.

Baldwin's Del Sol

This photoshoot was a long while back but nonetheless it was my first shoot. Not the best rolling shots but now that I have researched a bit, I know what to do now.I enjoyed shooting Baldwin's Del Sol. It was probably the lowest one I have ever seen and the color of the car just sets it off. This car is really trendy and would like to see more of it in the future. Here are the pics.

Form and Function Coilovers ftw!

Baldwin Working on putting the rears on. Not to mention, it was balls cold outside.

Coilovers in place.

Sill shots.

You know he has to be rubbing like crazy. Tsk tsk.

Crappy rolling shots. Still learning.

That's all folks! Lol.

New Car Season

Just got word that March Madness is going to be on the 27th of March at the Clarksville Superspeed Way. It is finally starting to warm up and all the nice cars are starting to come out. The car meets at Books A Million are showing numbers in the mid 50's and it is only the beginning of Spring. I cannot wait for all the cars shows to begin and for my photography skills to come into play. Unfortunately, I will not be able to make it the March Madness this weekend because I work. I will post pictures of the show though. Don't worry. Time for work! Goodbye!

The All State

Well, after much consideration and after I have seen my techniques become better over time, I have decided to try and get a job at the All-State as a photographer, The newspaper at Austin Peay. Hopefully, I will get a job. The pay is not much and I will be quite busy but, I will enjoy doing it and expanding my horizons is not a bad idea either. And another upside is that I will be able to use higher end cameras and lenses. This weekend has been busy. Not only do I have an Economics test on Monday but, I have an Accounting assignment due Monday also. Sigh. Back to the daily grind...

Progression

I can really tell my photography skills are getting better. I tried to cover up the lack of skill with photoshop and only made the pictures worse. I am progressed so much in such a small amount of time and I like it. I keep telling myself I want a new camera but, I do not think I need one just yet. There is still so much more to learn like white balance techniques, RAW imaging and high ISO shots. I am just learning a bit at a time. Once I hot a wall I think I will move onto a new camera body. After all, cameras can only take so many actuations. I am trying to get as many as I can out of D40 before I move onto a new one. That was just my little blurb about my photography life. Just thinking...

Changes

You may see me change setting quite often since I am trying to get a perfect look. I am also trying to get big photos in a perfect template to fit and not run off the page.

The Past

I am going to put a few of my entries from Wordpress onto here to show people some more of my art. Enjoy! And also, allow me sometime to update my settings, layout and profile. Sorry. I have been busy.

Here are a few pictures of my parent's friend's dog. Coco!

PCB Photos!
These two were taken at Old Chicago at 2am before I have to leave at 2:30am Friday. Haha.

The sight from the bed. Looking up.

One clean ass Mazda Miata I saw after getting my scooter jacked.

Here is the view from our room and the sun setting.

As we were coming into the strip.

The place we stayed. It was a pretty nice condo, by the way.

A seagull at the beach. They were everywhere!

Possibly one of the best pictures I have ever taken. These are a few of the roommates.

Warehouse

Here are a few pics in my friend Ahmed's warehouse. Nothing too special. These are hand held pics with no flash at 400 ISO. Enjoy.
Ahmed walking. Lol.

This thing can carry about 9000 pounds. That is a lot.

A scale. Apparently I weigh 145 pounds. Sounds about right. This photo is a bit blurry.

This one is my personal favorite. Another forklift. But, not as powerful as the Cat.

Numero Uno

I guess this is my first entry. This blog is basically about anything that comes to my mind. It is also a collection of my photos that I take for the day. I consider photography my passion so you may see a lot of it on my blog. See ya later...
